Age 7 -  Length (shoulder to hem) 94cms; Waist 60cms; Chest underarm 66cms

Age 8 -  Length (shoulder to hem )100cms; Waist 62cms; Chest underarm 68cms

Alterations: It would be possible for you to alter the length at the hem if too long, as the under layer has a plain hem.  You would have to alter all layers to include petticoat lining.
